Let’s be honest: by 3 p.m. the office urn is a memory, not coffee. Someone finished the last cup, someone left the cold bit, and the walk to a café eats the break. A coffee machine belongs where people already are. Not in a mall lobby. In the office, inside the building.
Alnos Vending places that machine at the company and looks after it. This guide is about one model, and about what the office actually has to have. No “best of” ranking, no price pulled from a hat, and no promise that the team will suddenly enjoy Mondays.
A coffee machine that grinds the beans
The Alnos Vending coffee machine is model AV-TCN-NCF-7N. The rating plate says TCN-NCF-7N. The coffee is made from freshly ground beans. The bean hopper holds 1.5 kg. Next to it are 6 canisters for soluble products. Those cover drinks that are not black coffee from the grinder. One of those canisters is for sugar.
There are no coffee brand names on this site. The mix is agreed with each company. If you have a blend in mind, say so in the conversation. It does not get a logo here.
A drink takes about 60 seconds. The machine drops a 12 oz cup, about 380 ml, fits a lid, and hands the drink out through the pick-up door. Brewing water is about 92 °C. Those are the manufacturer’s technical data, not a promise that every cup tastes like a roastery.

A 22-inch screen. And no coins
You pick the drink on a 22″ touchscreen. The screen runs in Polish and in English, which is simply useful in a mixed office. When nobody is buying, the screen can show a message or an ad. It can. On the terms written into the contract, not because a screen “just displays something”.
There is no coin slot. There is no note reader either. Payment is cashless; we confirm the details when we set the machine up. If the team is used to paying in change, better to know that before it is standing against the wall.

What the office cannot sort out later
The machine stands only inside the building. A car park, a canopy, and “just outside the door” do not count. Every Alnos Vending machine is for indoors.
From the company we need two things that can be checked before a visit:
- A place inside the building, on a level floor, so people can walk up to the machine.
- A separate, earthed 230 V socket. Not an extension lead from the next room.
Coffee adds a third: water. Either bottled, inside the machine, or from a mains line in the building. Which one, we agree for that site and write into the contract. We do not guess it from the street.
Installation detail is not reception’s job. Placing the machine, the first start-up, and later service sit with Alnos Vending. The questions that come back most often are also on the FAQ.
We do not sell the machine. We run it
This is not an espresso machine you buy to own, and it is not a prize draw. We place machines at your site and run them under a contract. We do not sell them. The contract records the scope of installation, refilling and service. There is no price list on the site, because the terms are agreed one company at a time.
Refilling is ours too: beans, soluble products, cups and lids. The office does not pick up a side job as a café, and it does not need someone who “knows grinders”.
The Golden Ticket is the enquiry form. You fill it in once. We reply to the email address you give, to talk about the place. It is not a lottery. The name is a joke. The form is an ordinary conversation.
Zamość, Lublin, Rzeszów
We work in those three cities. The office and the correspondence address are in Zamość, at Borowina Sitaniecka 49D. The company’s registered office is in Rzeszów. We do not have an office in Lublin, and we do place machines in Lublin.
Another city? Not yet. A Golden Ticket from somewhere else is kept for up to 12 months, and we reply if, in that time, we can place a machine. The city list is on the All cities page. We are not pretending to be everywhere already.

Who this machine is for
For a team that wants coffee in the building. The same model also goes into other indoor places, for example a plant’s staff area, but this guide looks at the office. In a school, the Alnos Vending offer is for staff and adults, not for pupils, and only with products the law allows. An ordinary office is not that case. If the machine would stand in a school, we say so before anyone picks the products.
Before you send the note
Three answers are worth having ready: where in the building the machine would stand, whether there is a separate 230 V socket, and where the water can actually come from. We will pin down the rest.
