“A drinks machine” is often one box in the mind, pouring everything: cold, hot, and in a can. At Alnos Vending a cold drink has two homes. A bottle can come from a spiral. Or it can stand behind the cooler’s glass. That is not the same gesture, and it is not the same model.
Hot coffee is yet another machine, from freshly ground beans. This guide is about a cold drink.
A bottle from the snack machine
Model AV-TCN-CSC-8C serves snacks and drinks in bottles. The choice is on a 49″ screen. There is no coin slot; payment is cashless, and we confirm the details when we set the machine up. It stands only inside the building. The mix is agreed individually. On the Products page that shelf is “water, drinks and juice”, chilled in this machine too.

Or the vending cooler
The cooler AV-AF-CFZ-510 has 530 litres behind a glass door. It holds snacks, drinks and food. Water, drinks and juice can live here as well. The door is not a spiral shelf: it is a separate machine, also indoors only, also run by Alnos Vending under a contract.
Energy drinks do not go into the assortment. Neither do tobacco and nicotine. In a school and in a medical site that line is stated on those pages. In an ordinary company we do not add energy drinks either.
What we do not mix up

We do not sell any of them. We place them and run them. There is no price list. In an office it is enough to say whether people want a bottle on the way past, or a drink taken from a shelf together with food.
One line on the deposit, and no price list
A bottle or can in the deposit system does not have one price “with everything inside”. The product price is separate, the deposit is separate. This guide does not spell out the deposit amounts. The Products page states the rule, not a table. If you need to know how it looks on the screen or on the shelf, we say that against a real assortment, not in a slogan.
We do not stock energy drinks. That is not diet advice. It is a limit on the mix, the same limit you can see on the school and medical pages, and it applies in an ordinary company too.
How you buy from each
At the snack machine you pick a bottle on the 49″ screen, pay cashless, and it drops from the spiral to the pick-up. The cooler has a glass door with an electric lock, and you take a drink from the shelf by hand; how payment works at a given site is confirmed when we set the machine up. The first suits someone walking past. The second suits someone who wants to see everything at once and take something to eat with the drink, if food is in the mix.
How much room, in numbers
- Snack machine: up to 1,124 mm wide, 900 mm deep, 1,976 mm high, up to 330 kg.
- Vending cooler: 690 mm wide, 640 mm deep, 2,000 mm high, 120 kg net.
Manufacturer’s technical data; for the snack machine these are planning values with a margin. The cooler is narrower and lighter. The snack machine holds snacks next to drinks and has the big screen. Neither needs a water connection. A place indoors, a separate earthed 230 V socket and signal or Wi-Fi are enough.
The empty bottle does not go back in
The deposit shows separately next to the price, but the machine does not take empties. The deposit is refunded at shops and collection points that take back packaging in the deposit system, when the bottle or can has a readable deposit mark and barcode. No receipt is needed. Worth telling the team before someone starts putting bottles back behind the glass.
Cold, but how cold
In the snack machine the cabinet temperature can be set between 2 and 25 °C (manufacturer’s catalogue). Alnos Vending sets it for what is on the spirals. In the cooler, too, Alnos Vending sets and checks the temperature. We do not quote a “drink temperature”, because it depends on the product and on how often the door opens. The office does not turn any dial. If a drink feels too warm, call: +48 84 300 10 10.
Cooling also needs air. We pick the spot so there is at least 20 cm behind the machine for ventilation, with the machine indoors on a firm, level floor. Better to mention the radiator next to it before installation than after. After installation, only Alnos Vending moves the machine, on a separate visit; please do not shift it yourself.
Indoors, in three cities
A car park is out. We work in Zamość, Lublin and Rzeszów. The office is in Zamość. In a school a machine, if it is placed, is for staff and adults, not for pupils, and only with products the law allows.
