Sandwiches and salads from the vending cooler (not from a spiral)

A spiral is fine for a bar. It is a poor idea for a sandwich. Food that is supposed to look like food sits on a shelf behind glass. At Alnos Vending that shelf is in the vending cooler, not in the snack machine.

The model is AV-AF-CFZ-510. 530 litres, a glass door. The Products page says it outright: food, for example sandwiches and salads, in this cooler. “For example” means an example, not a closed menu. The mix is agreed with each place. We do not name brands.

Why not a spiral

The snack machine AV-TCN-CSC-8C is for snacks and drinks in bottles. They drop from a spiral. A sandwich is not built for that, and we do not pretend it is. The cooler can hold food so it can be seen, and taken from a shelf by hand.

If there is a drink in a bottle or can that is in the deposit system, the deposit is shown separately from the product price. Food and the deposit are not one figure.

An office and a plant, the same cold

In an office the cooler stands with the team. In a plant it stands in the staff room or the staff area, inside the building. A shift does not have to go outside for a sandwich. We do not promise the hour it will be refilled. Alnos Vending refills it, within the contract.

We do not sell the machines. There is no price list. The cooler does not stand outdoors. The socket: separate, earthed, 230 V.

What we do not add to the sandwich

  • Brands: none on the site.
  • Shelf lives pulled from a hat: also none. That is not on the site, and we will not guess.
  • Energy drinks, tobacco, nicotine: they do not go into the assortment.
  • A school: only products the law allows, for staff and adults, not for pupils.

If the cooler would stand in a school or a medical site, we say where those lines are before anyone invents a menu.

An example, not a menu

A sandwich and a salad are on the Products page as an example of food. Not as a required pair, and not as the only thing the cooler can hold. In one place the team will take something simple on shift. In another there will be no food at all, only drinks. Both are honest, if they are in the contract.

What we will not invent: a use-by date, a producer’s name, a price, an hour of refilling. Anyone who needs that before the conversation will hear it in the conversation. Anyone who wants a number “for a slide” will not find that number here.

A sandwich on shift, not in a shop queue

Food in a cooler makes the most sense where popping out “for a moment” is never a moment. In a warehouse, logistics centre or sorting hall the cooler would stand in the break zone, inside the building. In a plant, in the staff room. On a night shift nobody has to hunt for an open shop, because the cooler is where the break is.

We do not promise a full shelf at every hour. We promise to refill it as the contract says, and to talk about it with your actual rota in hand.

What we agree before the first refill

  • Food at all? Sometimes drinks and snacks are enough.
  • How many people, at what hours? That decides how much food makes sense.
  • What kind of place? Schools and medical sites have limits we know before the list exists.
  • Where exactly does it stand? In a room between −10 and +30 °C, out of the sun, away from heaters.

We look after the cold

Alnos Vending sets and checks the temperature in the cooler. The office does not adjust the thermostat or put its own lunch boxes inside. It is a cooler for selling, not the kitchen fridge. If something looks wrong, say the door will not close, call the number on the label: +48 84 300 10 10.

A hotel, a gym, next to the coffee

A cooler with food also suits a hotel’s shared area or a fitness club, always inside the building. It can stand next to the coffee machine: a sandwich from the cooler, bean-to-cup coffee beside it. They are two separate machines, each with its own place in the contract. The cooler needs no water supply.

The AF-CFZ-510 cooler has cameras that recognise products taken from the shelves; how payment works at a given site is confirmed when we set the machine up. The cameras are inside the cabinet and look at the shelves and products, not at people.

One question to start

Whether that place needs food, a drink only, or both. The rest is a conversation, not a catalogue.
