Six canisters next to the grinder (coffee is not the only drink)

Illustrative render.

Let’s be honest: “coffee machine” sounds like one black coffee and the end of the chat. Then someone on the team wants it sweeter, someone wants it milder, and the urn has already gone cold. In the Alnos Vending machine, a row of canisters stands next to the beans. The drinks that are not coffee from the grinder come from there.

This guide is about those canisters. Not a taste ranking. There are no coffee brand names on this site. The mix is agreed with each company.

Beans first

The coffee machine is model AV-TCN-NCF-7N. The rating plate says TCN-NCF-7N. Coffee is made from freshly ground beans. The hopper holds 1.5 kg. That is the part most people picture before they ask what else there is to drink.

The machine stands inside the building. Not outside, not under a canopy, and not “just past the door”. That is true of every Alnos Vending machine.

Six canisters for soluble products

Beside the beans are six canisters for soluble products. From those, the machine makes drinks that are not black coffee from the grinder. One of those canisters is for sugar. We do not list the rest by name here, because the set is agreed in a conversation, not in a headline.

The Products page says it in one line: coffee from freshly ground beans, and drinks from soluble products, from this model. If you have a blend in mind, say so when you enquire. It does not get a logo on the page.

  • Beans: a 1.5 kg hopper, ground on the spot.
  • Six canisters: soluble products, including sugar.
  • Brand names: we do not publish them. The mix is individual.

What this machine is not pretending to be

It is not a café counter and it is not a fridge of cold drinks. Cold water, soft drinks and juice live in the other Alnos Vending machines. This guide stays with coffee and drinks from soluble products. This model has no coin slot and no note reader. Payment is cashless; we confirm the details when we set the machine up.

In a school, the same machine, if it is placed at all, is for staff and adults, not for pupils, and only with products the law allows. An ordinary office is not a school. If the place is one, we say so before anyone picks the products.

The office gets a service, not a barista on the payroll

In an office the machine stands where the team already is. Alnos Vending places it and runs it under a contract: installation, refilling, service. We do not sell the machines. We refill the beans and the soluble products. The office does not need someone who “knows grinders”.

There is no price list on the site. Terms are agreed one company at a time and written into the contract. We work in Zamość, Lublin and Rzeszów. The office is in Zamość.

It is not a secret menu

Six canisters sound like a drinks list. They are not. We do not publish a menu, because one company fills a canister with something the neighbour does not. What stays fixed is this: beans ground on the spot, six canisters for soluble products, one of them for sugar, a 22″ screen and no coin slot.

If the enquiry only says “coffee for twenty people”, we will ask about the rest. If it says half the team does not drink it black, that is where we start. A roaster’s logo still will not appear here. The model page stays with facts you can check: 1.5 kg of beans, six canisters, inside the building.

Who refills, who cleans

Alnos Vending refills the beans, soluble products, cups and lids, and the water too if it comes from bottles inside the machine. The office does not open the machine, top up sugar “quickly”, or wash parts in the kitchen sink. Cleaning is ours, within the contract.

The machine carries a Polish label with Alnos Vending’s details: +48 84 300 10 10 and hello@alnosvending.pl. If a canister runs out or the screen shows a message, that is the number. Not the manufacturer’s hotline.

Three questions before we talk canisters

  • How many people drink coffee on a normal day? A rough number is fine.
  • How many of them skip black coffee? That shapes what goes in the six canisters.
  • Do you need a cold drink? Then it is not this machine. We talk about the snack machine or the vending cooler.

The answers do not need to be perfect. They are enough for a first conversation; we settle the rest on site.

Before you send the Golden Ticket

It is enough to know whether the team drinks coffee from the beans, or drinks from the canisters as well. We will pin down the rest: a place inside the building, a separate earthed 230 V socket, and where the water comes from.

Write to hello@alnosvending.pl, call +48 84 300 10 10, or send the Golden Ticket. That is the enquiry form, not a prize draw. One form. One conversation.
