“Vending machines” sounds like a hundred-page catalogue. At Alnos Vending the catalogue has three entries. A coffee machine, a snack machine and a vending cooler. Each does something different, and all of them run on the same rules. This guide puts them side by side, so you can see which does what.
If you were after a ranking of “the best machines on the market”, it is not here. Here is what we actually place, and what the building needs.
Three models in three lines
- Coffee machine AV-TCN-NCF-7N: coffee from freshly ground beans and drinks from six canisters of soluble products, a 22″ touchscreen.
- Snack machine AV-TCN-CSC-8C: snacks and bottled drinks on spirals, a 49″ touchscreen.
- Vending cooler AV-AF-CFZ-510: 530 litres behind a glass door, snacks, drinks and food.
On the rating plates the models have shorter names: TCN-NCF-7N, TCN-CSC-8C and AF-CFZ-510. Same machines. The overview is also on the Facts about Alnos Vending page.
What they share
All three stand only inside a building. All need a separate earthed 230 V socket and mobile signal or Wi-Fi. None has a coin slot; payment is cashless, and we confirm the details when we set the machine up. And we sell none of them: Alnos Vending places the machine at your site and runs it under a contract. Installation, refilling and service are on our side. The scope is in the contract, and terms are agreed one company at a time.
Every machine has a Polish label with our phone number and email. When something does not work, you call us, not the manufacturer.
How they differ
What they serve. Hot drinks come only from the coffee machine. Food, such as sandwiches and salads, can only go in the cooler. Bottled drinks come from both the snack machine and the cooler. The categories are on the Products page.
How you buy. With coffee and snacks you choose on a touchscreen and the machine dispenses. The cooler has a glass door with an electric lock, and you take the product from the shelf by hand; how payment works at a given site is confirmed when we set the machine up.
What they need. Only the coffee machine needs water: from bottles inside it or from a mains line, agreed in the contract. The other two just need power and signal.
How much room, side by side
- Coffee machine: 735 × 790 × 1,940 mm (width, depth, height), about 225 kg to plan for when moving it.
- Snack machine: up to 1,124 × 900 × 1,976 mm and up to 330 kg, plus at least 20 cm behind for ventilation.
- Vending cooler: 690 × 640 × 2,000 mm (width, depth, height), 120 kg net.
Manufacturer’s technical data (model manuals and rating plates). Each machine needs room in front to walk up, and to open the door when refilling.
One, two or three
In a small office where everyone drinks coffee, the coffee machine can be a natural start. In a plant or warehouse, where breaks are short and the shop is far, snacks or a cooler with food are worth considering. You can have more than one machine. Each then has its own place in the contract. There is no “bundle” and no set price on the site.
In a school, the offer is for staff and adults, in staff rooms, administration and adult areas, not for pupils, and only with products the law allows. Details are on the universities and secondary schools page.
How the start works, step by step
Whichever machine you pick, the route is the same four steps:
- Write to us. Tell us about the place and what the team needs.
- We pick the machine. Coffee, drinks, snacks, food. The mix is agreed together.
- We sign a contract. It records the scope of installation, refilling and service.
- We install and look after it. The machine goes into the building, then we refill and service it.
The same four steps are on the Places page. No hidden fifth step in the small print. If it turns out the building has no separate socket or no signal, we say so straight away, before anyone carries a machine in.
Not sure yet which model to pick? That is fine. A description of the place is enough: how many people, what hours, whether there is water and a free socket. From that we suggest one, two or three machines, and say plainly when one is enough.
Where and how to start
We work in Zamość, Lublin and Rzeszów. The office is in Zamość. From another city, we keep the enquiry for up to 12 months.
Write what the place is, how many people, and what they are missing: coffee, snacks or food. Email hello@alnosvending.pl, phone +48 84 300 10 10, or the Golden Ticket, our enquiry form. Not a lottery. One form, one conversation, three machines to choose from.
