Someone says “just put a fridge there” and means the one in the kitchen, which anyone opens. A vending cooler does not work like that. It has a door, it has glass, it has cold. The door locks electrically, and the mix is agreed, instead of being left to whoever packed a second breakfast.

What you see through the glass
Whatever is inside is visible. This is not a spiral that drops something. The vending cooler can hold snacks, drinks and food for the team. On the Products page, food such as sandwiches and salads belongs to this model. Water, drinks and juice can stand here too. We do not name brands. The set is agreed with the place.
The deposit on bottles and cans in the deposit system is shown separately from the product price.
No coins, indoors only
It does not take coins. How payment works at a given site is confirmed when we set the machine up. The door is not left open “because someone on the team has a key”. The machine is there to sell inside the building, not to share a pot from the kitchen.
It stands indoors only. In an office, in a staff area, in any other place you can honestly call inside the building. A canopy is not enough. It needs a place and a separate earthed 230 V socket.
A service, not a cabinet for sale
Alnos Vending places the cooler, refills it and services it. The scope is in the contract. We do not sell the machines. There is no price list on the site. We do not put energy drinks in the assortment. Tobacco and nicotine neither.

The glass does not make it a shop window
The glass door is there so you can see what is inside. It is not there so we can promise a full shelf at every hour. Alnos Vending refills it, within the contract. How often is not on the site, and we will not add “every day”, because that would depend on the place, and we do not know the place yet.
530 litres is capacity, not a promise that the whole company’s catering fits inside. What fits is what we agree: snacks, drinks, food. A sandwich makes more sense here than in a spiral. The sandwich brand still does not go in the headline.
How you buy from it
The cooler door has an electric lock, and products are taken from the shelf by hand. How payment works at a given site is confirmed when we set the machine up. This is not a cupboard where the whole team stands with the door open and chooses together.
How much room, and what kind of room
According to the rating plate, the cooler is 2,000 mm high, 690 mm wide and 640 mm deep, and weighs 120 kg net. It is the narrowest of the three Alnos Vending machines. The room should be dry and well ventilated, between −10 and +30 °C. No direct sun and no heater right next to it. The vents must stay clear.
Alnos Vending sets and checks the temperature inside. The office does not touch the thermostat, even in a heatwave. Add a separate earthed 230 V socket and mobile signal or Wi-Fi, because the cooler needs a network connection to work.
The cooler or the snack machine
The cooler: glass, shelves, food next to drinks, chosen by hand. The snack machine: spirals, a 49″ screen, snacks and bottled drinks, no sandwich-type food. If the team eats on site, the cooler makes more sense. For a quick bar on the way past, the spiral machine. Both can stand side by side, each on its own contract terms.
How the cooler is refilled
Alnos Vending staff open the door in service mode. They restock the shelves, update the stock in the system, and before leaving check that the door has locked and the temperature is right. The office does not need to stand by or sign anything on each visit. The scope and rhythm of service are in the contract.
If the door does not close properly, close it firmly and let us know on the number on the label, +48 84 300 10 10, especially if it keeps happening. No need to adjust anything or open anything up. We check the temperature and the lock on service visits. The cooler connects over 4G and sends us data on its status; the scope of service and how reports are handled are in the contract.
