Where the coffee machine gets its water (bottles or a mains line)

Before anyone manages “hello”, someone asks about a plumber. Easy. The coffee machine needs water, and it does not need a guess made from the street. Alnos Vending agrees how water is supplied at that place and writes it into the contract.

The model is AV-TCN-NCF-7N. Coffee is made from freshly ground beans. No water, no drink. Where the water comes from is one of three things you can check before a visit.

Two ways, not ten

Water for the coffee machine comes either from bottles inside the machine, or from a mains line in the building. Which one, we choose for that site. We do not blur the two in one sentence, and we do not promise that it will “somehow connect”.

  • Bottles inside the machine: the water sits in the machine, and Alnos Vending refills it along with the beans and the soluble products.
  • A mains line: water from the building. That goes into the contract too, before the machine stands against the wall.

There is no pipe diagram on the site. Installation is not reception’s job. Alnos Vending places the machine and does the first start-up.

What else has to be there

Water is the third thing, not the only one. You need a place inside the building and a separate, earthed 230 V socket. A car park and a canopy do not count. Alnos Vending machines are indoor only.

The same answers are on the FAQ, shorter. This is the version for the person looking at a wall in the office and wondering whether to call anyone before the email.

We do not sell the machine with a water plan attached

We do not sell the machines. We place them and run them under a contract: installation, refilling, service. We do not publish a price list. Terms are individual. This model has no coin slot. Payment is cashless; we confirm the details when we set the machine up.

We work in Zamość, Lublin and Rzeszów. The office is in Zamość. An enquiry from another city, sent with the Golden Ticket, is kept for up to 12 months.

What not to do before the email

Do not open the wall “just to try”, and do not book a plumber before we know whether a mains line is even the plan. Bottles inside the machine exist so some places never need a drill. A mains line exists so some places are not carrying water in bottles. Both are real. Which one is yours comes out in the conversation.

Do look at the socket. Separate, earthed, 230 V, within reach of the machine. An extension lead across the open plan is not that socket. And the machine will not move to an outside corridor, even if the wind is kinder in winter. Indoors means indoors.

Bottles: who carries them, who pours out the rest

With bottled water, the machine holds water containers inside, plus containers for waste water and coffee grounds. Alnos Vending handles all of them: fresh, sealed bottled water goes in, and the waste containers are emptied and rinsed. Nobody in the office tops up old water. That rule is in our manual. It is not a courtesy.

For the office it means one thing: no pallet of bottles next to the machine with a “do not touch” note. The water comes and goes with the service.

Mains line: what we check on a visit

With a mains line, water comes from the building. On every service visit we check the connection and the floor under the machine for leaks. If you see water on the floor between visits, do not wipe it away and forget it, and do not unscrew anything. Call the number on the label: +48 84 300 10 10.

How much room the coffee machine needs

For planning, a few figures. Manufacturer’s technical data: 735 × 790 × 1,940 mm (width, depth, height). For moving it we plan for about 225 kg. There must be room in front to walk up and take the cup. The machine also needs mobile signal or Wi-Fi, because payment and reporting run online.

  • Bottles: no building work, water inside the machine.
  • Mains line: water from the building, agreed before installation.
  • Either way: indoors, a separate earthed 230 V socket, signal.

Renovation or moving rooms

If you plan a renovation or a move to another room, tell us early. Alnos Vending moves the machine, and with a mains line the water has to be disconnected and reconnected too. Please do not shift it yourself, even “for a moment”: under the contract, only Alnos Vending moves the machine. It is heavy, and there is water inside.

Before you write

Three sentences are enough: where in the building the machine would stand, whether there is a separate 230 V socket, and whether water can actually come from bottles or from a mains line. If you do not know yet, write anyway. We will settle it in the conversation, not by guesswork.

Write to hello@alnosvending.pl, call +48 84 300 10 10, or send the Golden Ticket. An enquiry form, not a contest. One form. One conversation about water and about coffee.

Questions

Where does the coffee machine get its water?

Either from bottles inside the machine, or from a mains line in the building. The way is agreed for the site and written into the contract.

Does the company have to connect the water itself?

Not on its own. Alnos Vending agrees how water is supplied and installs the machine. The detail is in the contract.

What else does the office need?

A place inside the building and a separate, earthed 230 V socket.

Can the machine stand outside if it is under a roof?

No. A roof outdoors is still outdoors. Alnos Vending machines are indoor only.

Is payment by coins?

No. Model AV-TCN-NCF-7N has no coin slot and no note reader. Payment is cashless; we confirm the details when we set the machine up.

How much room does the coffee machine take?

Manufacturer’s technical data: 735 × 790 × 1,940 mm (width, depth, height). For moving it we plan for about 225 kg.
