The 22-inch screen on the coffee machine (choice, language, ads)

Illustrative render.

Some people still look for a row of buttons with worn stickers. On the Alnos Vending coffee machine, the choice is on a screen. Large enough to hit with a finger before the coffee, not after.

The model is AV-TCN-NCF-7N. The touchscreen is 22 inches. The coffee is still made from freshly ground beans. The screen does not grind anything. The screen shows the choice.

The drink first, not a manual

You pick the drink on the touchscreen. The same screen is on the coffee machine page: 22″, next to the grinder and the 1.5 kg bean hopper. Six canisters beside it hold soluble products. The mix, including the drink name on the screen, is agreed with the company. We do not publish brand names here.

The screen runs in Polish and in English. In an office where half the email already goes out in two languages, that is simply less pointing at the cup.

An ad only if the contract lets it in

When nobody is buying, the screen can show a message or an ad. It can. On the terms written into the contract. Not because the screen “just plays something”, and not with a promise of how many people will see it. We do not have that number, and we will not invent one.

The other screen in the Alnos Vending offer is larger: 49″ on the snack machine. The vending cooler has no selection screen of that kind. This guide is about the 22 inches next to the coffee.

No coins, wall, socket

There is no coin slot. Payment is cashless; we confirm the details when we set the machine up. The machine stands only inside the building. From the office: a place and a separate earthed 230 V socket, plus water agreed in advance. Alnos Vending places the machine and runs it. We do not sell the machines. Installation, refilling and service are scoped in the contract.

On the Products page, coffee and hot drinks belong to this model. Cold drinks live somewhere else.

The screen does not replace the contract

It is easy to think a large screen means any film, any logo and any promise. It does not. The 22 inches are for choosing a drink. A message or an ad goes on only when the contract describes it. We do not measure “screen reach”, and we do not say how many employees will see it. We do not know.

The language is specific too: Polish and English, not “whichever we load at the weekend”. If the team needs a third language, say so in the enquiry. We do not promise it up front. We will not add it quietly on the page.

A purchase, step by step

To be clear about what the screen does and what the machine does:

  • You pick the drink on the 22″ screen.
  • You pay; payment is cashless.
  • The machine drops a cup, grinds and brews for about a minute (according to the manufacturer), and fits a lid.
  • The pick-up door opens by itself, and sensors check the cup has been taken.

The screen guides the choice. The rest is mechanics inside that the office never touches.

22 inches, 49 inches, and a cooler with no choice screen

The Alnos Vending offer has two touchscreens. On coffee, 22″: the drink. On the snack machine, 49″: a snack or a bottled drink, and when nobody is buying, a message or an ad on the contract’s terms. Both screens come in Polish and English.

The vending cooler works differently. You see products through the glass, and the door has an electric lock; how payment works at a given site is confirmed when we set the machine up. There is no selection screen, because you choose by hand, from the shelf.

When the screen shows something odd

An error message is not an invitation to explore the settings. Alnos Vending keeps the passwords and service menus. The machine has a Polish label with +48 84 300 10 10 and hello@alnosvending.pl. A photo of the screen and where the machine stands is enough.

Who decides what is on the screen

Screen texts, drink names and ads are prepared by Alnos Vending. Nobody loads their own files onto the machine. If you want a message for the team or for guests on the screen, send it to us. We check whether the contract covers it, and only then set it up. That way the screen does not carry promises nobody checked.

The screen also shows the machine’s ordinary messages, for example about taking the cup. If something appears that you do not understand, take a photo and send it to us. It is easier to help when we see what you see. A photo with the time saves a phone call too.

A Golden Ticket, not a slide show

If the question is “can our message go on the screen”, the answer is: yes, if the contract covers it. Write what the message is. Place and water we will pin down after that.

Email hello@alnosvending.pl, phone +48 84 300 10 10, the Golden Ticket. An enquiry form, not a contest. We work in Zamość, Lublin and Rzeszów.
