Where the office is, and where the registered office is
Two addresses, two roles. The office and correspondence address is Borowina Sitaniecka 49D, 22-400 Zamość. The company’s registered office, the address in the KRS register, is in Rzeszów. It is a registered address, not an office to visit. Current registration details are in the KRS and on the Facts and About us pages.
If you are sending a letter or documents, use the Zamość address. If you have an agreement with us, formal notices such as termination go to both addresses named in the agreement: the registered office in Rzeszów and Zamość. If you look the company up in the register, you will find Rzeszów. Both are real; they just serve different purposes.

Where in Zamość a machine can stand
Where people work, always inside the building: an office, a production plant, a warehouse, a medical facility, a university or secondary school (in areas for staff and adults, not for pupils), a hotel or a fitness club. It is the same list as on the Places page.
Zamość Old Town is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. A lovely place for a walk, but Alnos Vending machines still stand only inside buildings, not under the arcades.
If your business has several sites in town, describe each one separately. An office in the centre and a warehouse on the outskirts are two different places and may need different machines. If you would rather call than write, the number is the same for all three cities: +48 84 300 10 10.
An office in town, a contract like anywhere else
Having the office in the same city is simply convenient when we talk about the place. Still, a blog post is not where we promise response times or visit frequencies. The scope of installation, refilling and service is agreed in the contract, in Zamość just as in Lublin and Rzeszów.
We do not sell the machines. We place them at your site and run them under a contract. We do not publish a price list; the terms are agreed individually.
What to prepare before we talk
Three things are enough to start:
- a spot inside the building where the machine can stand,
- a separate earthed 230 V socket,
- for the coffee machine: whether there is a mains water connection nearby (water can also come from bottles inside the machine).
It also helps to know roughly how many people use the place and at what hours. It does not need to be exact.
Payment is cashless; we confirm the details when we set the machine up. There is no coin slot. The deposit on bottles and cans is shown separately from the product price.
What if the business is just outside Zamość?
We work in three cities: Zamość, Lublin and Rzeszów. If your business is somewhere else, write anyway. We make no blind promise that a machine will be placed, but we keep an enquiry from another city for up to 12 months. Local, but no local exceptions
A Zamość business gets the same rules as any other. The machines stand only inside buildings. There are no energy drinks, tobacco or nicotine products in the machines. In schools the offer covers areas for staff and adults, and only products allowed by law can go in the machine. Having the office nearby does not change these rules, and we make no exceptions for the neighbours.
