The controller of your data is Alnos Vending sp. z o.o., ul. Jana i Jędrzeja Śniadeckich 20D/7, 35-006 Rzeszów, Poland (hello@alnosvending.pl; for recruitment matters: careers@alnosvending.pl). We use the data from this form and your CV to consider your application and run the recruitment. We don't advertise specific positions – in your application you tell us what work you're interested in:
– data listed in Art. 22¹ §1 of the Polish Labour Code (name, date of birth, contact details, education, professional qualifications, employment history) under Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 22¹ of the Labour Code and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps at your request before entering into a contract); when we recruit for a civil-law contract, under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR;
– any other data you choose to give us (e.g. interests, a description of yourself) based on your consent, given by ticking the consent box (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 22¹a of the Labour Code); if you don't tick it, we won't take that data into account;
– in a dispute, our legitimate interest in defending against claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We keep it until the recruitment ends (when we tell you our decision on your application) plus 3 months. If you agree to future recruitment, we keep it for up to 12 months from your application, or until you withdraw consent if earlier. You can withdraw either consent at any time by writing to careers@alnosvending.pl or hello@alnosvending.pl; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. The form is run by Wix.com Ltd. (Israel) and our email by Microsoft, both as our processors. A CV sent by email is kept in our Microsoft 365 mailbox, which only authorised Alnos Vending staff can access. Data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area: to Israel (European Commission adequacy decision) and to the USA, where these providers' sub-processors operate (EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses). You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict your data, to port data processed on the basis of consent or a contract, to object to processing based on our legitimate interest, and to complain to the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes UODO). The data in Art. 22¹ of the Labour Code is needed to take part; everything else is voluntary. Please don't include a photo, and don't put special-category data (e.g. about your health, beliefs, religion or trade union membership), criminal-record data or your PESEL number in your CV or the form.
