We use it (including any photo) to handle your report, fix the fault and, if needed, deal with a complaint or refund, based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract, e.g. a purchase from the machine), Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (handling a consumer complaint) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in keeping machines working and contacting the host site). We keep service reports for up to 12 months after the report is closed, and complaints and data needed for accounting until the limitation periods for claims and the periods required by tax and accounting law expire. Alnos Vending does not agree to out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes (ADR); a report sent with this form is not a request for such a procedure. The form is run by Wix.com Ltd. (Israel) and our email by Microsoft, both as our processors. Data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area: to Israel (European Commission adequacy decision) and to the USA, where these providers' sub-processors operate (EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).
