Coffee on Shift, Without Leaving the Plant

A break on shift has its own math. Fifteen minutes, five of them walking to the store, five in line, and the rest jogging back. A coffee machine at the plant changes the equation: the coffee is in the building, where people already are.

A Machine in the Staff Area

The Coffee Machine stands in the staff room or another staff area, inside the building. Not on the loading dock, not under a shelter, not by the gate. Choosing the spot in a plant is covered in the guide on the factory staff room, and production plants are also on the Places page.

What’s in the Cup

Coffee from freshly ground beans and drinks from soluble products. A drink takes about 60 seconds. The machine hands out a cup through the pickup door (with a lid where lids are used). That’s technical data according to the manufacturer, not a promise about the line.

What We Don’t Promise

  • round-the-clock access, because the machine is available as long as the room it stands in,
  • refill schedules, because they depend on the place and the contract,
  • cups per hour.

If the whole shift takes its break at the same time, say so in the inquiry. It helps us plan the setup.

What the Plant Provides

A spot inside the building, a separate earthed 230 V socket, signal or Wi-Fi and an agreed water supply: bottles inside the machine, with a mains line only where confirmed for the site. Details are in the guide on coffee machine water.

What Alnos Vending Does

Installs the machine, tops up the beans, soluble products, cups and, where used, lids, and services the machine. The scope is written into the contract. The shift supervisor doesn’t become a barista. Installation questions are in the FAQ.

Payment

Payment is cashless; we confirm the details when we set the machine up. There’s no coin slot.
