You search for “office coffee maker” and land on a vending machine. Let’s be upfront: Alnos Vending doesn’t sell coffee makers. We place and run the Coffee Machine. That’s a different conversation, so it’s worth seeing the differences.
A Coffee Maker in the Office: You Buy It, You Look After It
An office usually buys a coffee maker, or rents one from someone else. Then somebody tops up the beans, buys cups, empties the grounds, descales it and remembers the service. We’re not judging. It’s just work that lands on the office.
The Alnos Vending Coffee Machine: A Contract and Service
- you don’t buy the machine; it stays the property of Alnos Vending,
- Alnos Vending provides installation, refilling and service,
- we top up the beans, soluble products, cups and, where used, lids,
- everyone pays for their own drink, cashless; we confirm the details at setup.
What’s in the Cup
Coffee from freshly ground beans, a 1.5 kg hopper and six canisters (one of them for sugar). A drink is ready in about 60 seconds, in a cup that holds about 380 ml (12 oz). Technical data according to the manufacturer. You choose on a 22″ touchscreen, in Polish or in English.
What We Don’t Promise
That it’s cheaper than a coffee maker, that the coffee tastes like a barista made it, or any specific savings. Terms are agreed individually; there’s no price list on the site.
What the Office Provides
A spot inside the building, a separate earthed 230 V socket, signal and an agreed water supply: bottles inside the machine, with a mains line only where confirmed for the site. More on offices is on the Places page, the range on the Products page and questions in the FAQ. The guide on the office coffee machine covers it too.
Write to hello@alnosvending.pl, call +48 84 300 10 10, or fill in a Golden Ticket, the machine inquiry form (not a prize draw). One form, one conversation about your place.
Coffee maker or vending machine, there’ll be coffee either way. The only question is who tops up the beans.
