Two temperatures that are easy to mix up. The first is the temperature of the room the cooler stands in. The second is the temperature inside it. The building takes care of the first, Alnos Vending of the second.
Room Temperature
We place the AI Smart Cooler (AF-CFZ-510) in heated rooms between +10 and +30 °C. It is for indoor use only. The spot should be dry and ventilated, out of direct sun and with no radiator next to it. That’s a cautious range Alnos Vending uses, based on the manufacturer’s data.
The Temperature Inside
Alnos Vending sets and checks the temperature inside the cooler. The company doesn’t adjust the thermostat or change settings. We check the temperature and the door lock on service visits.
What We Don’t Promise
A specific temperature for a bottled drink. It depends on the product and on how many times the door is opened. We won’t put a number in a guide that we can’t stand behind in every condition.
And the Snack Machine?
In the Snack & Drink Machine, the cabinet temperature is also set by Alnos Vending. According to the manufacturer’s catalog, it can be set between 2 and 25 °C. More in the guide on the drinks machine at work.
When Something’s Off
If you notice the cooler is too warm or the door doesn’t close, call the number on the label: +48 84 300 10 10. Don’t move the cooler or unplug it. More questions are in the FAQ and on the Places page.
