A July heat wave, a west-facing window, and someone complains the machine “won’t sell water.” It isn’t sulking. It’s a safeguard. The Snack & Drink Machine has a sales lock for when the cabinet gets too warm, and Alnos Vending switches it on at setup.
How It Works, in One Sentence
If the temperature in the cabinet goes above the set limit, the machine locks sales. That’s it. We don’t publish limits or settings, because Alnos Vending sets them.
Why That’s a Good Thing
Because a product that overheated in the cabinet shouldn’t end up with a buyer. The safeguard protects the customer, not the machine.
What to Do When the Machine Won’t Sell
- call the number on the label: +48 84 300 10 10,
- or write to hello@alnosvending.pl,
- say where the machine stands and what the screen shows.
Don’t unplug the machine “to reset it,” don’t open it and don’t move it. This isn’t a thermostat tutorial.
How to Avoid It
Ideally, when choosing the spot. The machine should stand inside the building, away from direct sun and heat sources, with at least 20 cm free behind it for ventilation. Alnos Vending sets the cabinet temperature, which according to the manufacturer’s catalog can range from 2 to 25 °C. More in the guide on the drinks machine at work.
Who Takes Care of It
Alnos Vending. Service is written into the contract. Questions about the spot and installation are in the FAQ and on the Contact page.
Write to hello@alnosvending.pl, call +48 84 300 10 10, or fill in a Golden Ticket, the machine inquiry form (not a prize draw). One form, one conversation about your place.
Let the July sun shine on the windowsill. The machine prefers the shade.
