A big screen in the break room is tempting. Someone in marketing sees a campaign, someone in HR sees a safety-training reminder, and someone on the board sees the quarterly numbers. Easy there. The machine screen can show Alnos Vending information, and third-party ads only with the host’s consent in documentary form, as the contract says.
Which Machines Have Such a Screen
Two of the three models:
- the Coffee Machine with a 22″ touchscreen,
- the Snack & Drink Machine with a 49″ touchscreen.
The AI Smart Cooler (AF-CFZ-510) doesn’t have one. The products are visible through the glass door, so there’s nothing to display. More on the screens themselves is on the touchscreen page.
When the Screen Shows Something Other Than Products
When nobody is choosing a drink or a snack, the screen can show a message or an ad. The word “can” matters here. It doesn’t happen on its own, and not because a screen “displays something anyway.” Whether anything appears, and what, is set by the contract.
Who Sets the Content
Screen content is set only by Alnos Vending. The company doesn’t get a panel password or upload files from a USB stick. If you’d like a message for the team on the screen, mention it in the conversation. We’ll set it up if the contract covers it.
What We Don’t Promise
- view counts or reach figures,
- ads on the cooler, because it has no screen,
- content that isn’t agreed in the contract.
The Screen Is Still Mainly for Choosing
The message gives way when someone touches the screen and starts choosing. The screen runs in Polish and in English. How choosing works is in the guides on the 22-inch coffee screen and the 49-inch snack screen.
How to Start the Conversation About Messages
Tell us where the machine will stand and whether the screen should show anything besides products. We’ll settle it along with the rest of the contract, before the machine goes in.
