Before anyone shows up with a tape measure, you can walk around the break room yourself and answer a few questions. It takes less time than a drip coffee maker takes to brew. And the conversation about the machine gets shorter.
Five Things to Check
- Is it inside the building? Alnos Vending machines stand indoors only.
- Is there a separate earthed 230 V socket? Not an extension cord, and not a power strip with the kettle.
- Is there room in front? People need to walk up and choose, and the door has to open for refilling.
- Is there signal or Wi-Fi? The machine reports sales and stock online.
- Coffee? That’s a water question. Bottles inside the machine or a mains line.
What You Don’t Need to Check
Floor load ratings, fixing methods or machine settings. This isn’t the installation chapter of a manual. Those things belong to Alnos Vending, and we cover them when choosing the spot.
A Photo Helps
If you can, take a photo of the spot and the socket and attach it to your email. It says more than “by the window, next to the fridge.”
Where Exactly in the Room
Away from the escape route, so the machine doesn’t block a walkway. For the Snack & Drink Machine, leave at least 20 cm behind for ventilation. The AI Smart Cooler needs a dry spot with no sun or radiator next to it. More on offices is on the Places page.
Water for Coffee
The Coffee Machine needs water. The supply is chosen per site and written into the contract. Don’t start drilling before the conversation.
Write to hello@alnosvending.pl, call +48 84 300 10 10, or fill in a Golden Ticket, the machine inquiry form (not a prize draw). One form, one conversation about your place.
Walk-around done. The drip coffee is probably still brewing.
