Everyone knows the dance: one pocket, the other pocket, the backpack, “anyone got change?” At the Snack & Drink Machine, the dance is over. Payment is cashless. We confirm the details when we set the machine up.
No Coin Slot, No Note Reader
The machine has no coin slot and no note reader. Nobody has to keep a jar of change in the office or break a bill at the shop next door. It’s the same rule as on the Coffee Machine.
What a Purchase Looks Like, Step by Step
- you choose a product on the 49″ touchscreen, in Polish or in English,
- you see the product price, and for bottles and cans the deposit as a separate line,
- you pay cashless,
- the product drops to the pickup area, and a sensor checks that it really fell.
The Deposit Is a Separate Line
The deposit on bottles and cans in the deposit system is shown separately from the product price. You pay both together, but you see them apart. The deposit comes back at shops and collection points, not at the machine. More in the guide on the bottle deposit.
Why “Details at Setup”
Because the exact payment methods are confirmed for each place when we set the machine up. We don’t list them in a guide, so the text doesn’t promise something we haven’t agreed for your site.
Payment Needs a Signal
The machine needs mobile signal or Wi-Fi. We check that before choosing the spot, along with the 230 V socket. Details are in the guide on what the site provides.
If Something Goes Wrong
The machine will carry a Polish label with +48 84 300 10 10 and hello@alnosvending.pl. Describe what happened, where the machine stands and when it was. Answers to common questions are in the FAQ.
Write to hello@alnosvending.pl, call +48 84 300 10 10, or fill in a Golden Ticket, the machine inquiry form (not a prize draw). One form, one conversation about your place.
The change jar can go back to the kitchen as a plant pot.
