Time moves differently in a waiting room. Your number is 47, the board says 31, and the coffee from home ran out in the parking lot. A machine in the waiting room won’t shorten the line, but it makes the wait a little less dry.
The Waiting Room Is a Second Place in the Facility
The guide on the machine for medical staff covers the staff room and staff areas. This text is about the waiting room, the place for patients and the people with them. Both are in the medical offer on the hospitals page.
What Can Stand in the Waiting Room
- the Snack & Drink Machine: water, bottled drinks and snacks,
- the AI Smart Cooler (AF-CFZ-510): drinks and food, with the food range agreed with each place,
- the Coffee Machine, if the facility wants it and the water supply can be agreed.
No Energy Drinks
In a medical facility, as everywhere, we don’t stock energy drinks, tobacco products or nicotine products. The range is agreed with the facility. The categories are on the Products page.
Where Exactly the Machine Goes
In the waiting room, inside the building, so it doesn’t block a walkway, an exam-room door or an escape route. It needs a separate earthed 230 V socket and signal. The cooler needs a dry, ventilated spot with no sun or radiator next to it.
Who Looks After It
Alnos Vending provides installation, refilling and service. The front desk doesn’t restock or repair the machine. The machine will carry a Polish label with +48 84 300 10 10, so a patient can report a problem directly.
Payment and the Deposit
Payment is cashless; we confirm the details when we set the machine up. The deposit on bottles and cans is shown separately from the product price.
Write to hello@alnosvending.pl, call +48 84 300 10 10, or fill in a Golden Ticket, the machine inquiry form (not a prize draw). One form, one conversation about your place.
Number 47 will come up in its own time. The water can come sooner.
