A guest looks for water in the lobby at midnight. A housekeeper looks for coffee at 6 a.m. in the staff room behind reception. Same hotel, but two different places and sometimes two different machines.
The Guest Area

The Staff Room
Reception, housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance. Hotel staff take breaks too, at hours when the restaurant may be closed. A machine in the staff room is a separate spot in the contract.
What Can Stand Where
- the Coffee Machine: in either place, if the water supply can be agreed,
- the Snack & Drink Machine: a natural fit for the guest area, with a 49″ screen in Polish and English,
- the AI Smart Cooler (AF-CFZ-510): wherever food, with the food range agreed with each place, would help.
Shared Rules
Both places are inside the building. Each needs a separate earthed 230 V socket and signal. The contract names each machine’s spot. Hotels are on the Places page.
Who Takes Care of It
Alnos Vending provides installation, refilling and service in both places. Reception doesn’t restock the machines or run a storeroom.
