The Alnos Vending Name and the Plate Code
In the contract we use Alnos Vending names: the Coffee Machine, the Snack & Drink Machine and the AI Smart Cooler (model AF-CFZ-510). The rating plate shows the manufacturer’s code. They’re the same machines.
When It Comes in Handy
- checking the machine against the contract,
- reporting a problem,
- talking to building management when they ask about the equipment.
What Not to Do with the Plate
Don’t call the manufacturer. Alnos Vending runs the machine, and the contact details will be on the Polish label: +48 84 300 10 10 and hello@alnosvending.pl. The plate is there for the record and for service.
One Name Is Enough in a Report
You can give the name from the contract or the code from the plate. Even simpler: say where the machine stands. More on the three models is in the guide on three models, one service.
