“So you make money on the deposit too?” The question comes up in the office kitchen, usually with a grin. The answer is no. The deposit isn’t Alnos Vending revenue. It’s money that goes back to the buyer when they return the packaging.
Whose Money the Deposit Is
The deposit is not our revenue. We don’t count it in sales or in settlements with the place hosting the machine, and we account for it under the deposit-system rules. That’s why we don’t mix it with the product price.
How It Looks on the Machine
On the Snack & Drink Machine and the AI Smart Cooler (AF-CFZ-510), the deposit on bottles and cans is shown separately from the product price. The buyer sees the drink price and, separately, the deposit. How it looks on screen is in the guide on the bottle deposit.
Where the Deposit Comes Back
At shops and collection points, not at the machine. The packaging needs a readable deposit-system mark and barcode. No receipt is needed.
What We Don’t Give Here
A table of amounts. The amount comes from the law (currently PLN 0.50 per plastic bottle or can), not from our price list. The Products page states the rule, not a table.
Coffee from the Machine
A cup from the Coffee Machine isn’t part of the deposit system. The coffee has its price, and that’s that. More questions in the FAQ.
Write to hello@alnosvending.pl, call +48 84 300 10 10, or fill in a Golden Ticket, the machine inquiry form (not a prize draw). One form, one conversation about your place.
The grin in the kitchen can stay. We don’t make money on the deposit.
