Someone stands at the machine with an empty bottle, looking for a slot to drop it in. There isn’t one. Alnos Vending machines don’t take empty packaging.
Where to Return the Bottle
You get the deposit back at shops and collection points that accept packaging in the deposit system. The packaging needs a readable deposit-system mark and barcode. No receipt is needed.
One Tip
Don’t peel off the label. The mark and the barcode have to be readable. A crushed bottle with an unreadable code is trouble at the return point.
Where the Deposit Shows Up
On the Snack & Drink Machine and the AI Smart Cooler (AF-CFZ-510), the deposit is shown separately from the product price. Details are in the guide on the bottle deposit.
The Notice by the Machine
Before a machine starts selling deposit drinks, Alnos Vending will put the notice about returning deposit-system packaging at the point of sale: on the machine or next to the product. If it goes missing, let us know at the number on the label: +48 84 300 10 10.
What About a Bin Next to the Machine?
