The instinct is natural. The machine isn’t working, so someone wants to peek inside, wiggle a cable, turn it off and on again. This guide is here to stop that instinct. Politely, but firmly.
What Not to Do
- don’t open the machine,
- don’t replace motors, boards or any parts,
- don’t unplug or move the machine,
- don’t shake it.
The machines weigh from 120 to 330 kg and have mechanics and electrics inside. It’s no place for experiments.
What to Do
Report the problem to Alnos Vending:
- by phone: +48 84 300 10 10,
- by email: hello@alnosvending.pl,
- through the Contact page.
The number and address will be on the Polish label on the machine.
What to Put in the Report
Where the machine stands, which model it is, what happened, what the screen shows and roughly when. A photo of the screen helps. You don’t need to decode error codes.
Who Repairs It
Alnos Vending. Service is part of the contract, along with installation and refilling. The company hosting the machine doesn’t repair it. We don’t promise a response time in a guide, because it depends on the place and the contract.
What About the Old “Five Problems” Post?
Older blog posts suggested DIY fixes. That’s out of date. Today there’s one rule: write to us. More in the FAQ and on the Facts page.
Write to hello@alnosvending.pl, call +48 84 300 10 10, or fill in a Golden Ticket, the machine inquiry form (not a prize draw). One form, one conversation about your place.
The screwdriver stays in the drawer. The phone in your hand.
