The first message doesn’t have to be an essay. Three or four sentences are enough to get the conversation going. Here’s what’s worth including.
Five Things That Help
- The place: an office, plant, warehouse, hotel, school (staff room) or medical facility.
- The city: Zamość, Lublin, Rzeszów or “other.”
- The need: coffee, snacks and drinks, a cooler with food, or a few at once.
- The socket: whether the spot has a separate earthed 230 V socket.
- Water: for coffee, whether a mains line is realistic or bottles are more likely.

What You Don’t Need to Know
The machine model, dimensions, price or technical details. We work those out together. You don’t need to know how many machines you need either. If one is enough, we’ll say so plainly.
What If You’re Writing from Another City?
Write anyway. An inquiry from another city is kept for up to 12 months from the last contact, with no promised date. More in the FAQ.
