A classic office horror story: the candy bar hangs on the edge of the spiral as if it’s thinking it over. Someone taps the glass, someone else suggests a gentle kick. No need. The Snack & Drink Machine has a sensor that checks that the product really fell.
What the Sensor Does
After you choose and pay, the spiral turns and the product drops to the pickup area. The drop sensor checks that the product actually went through. The machine doesn’t assume it “probably fell.”
What the Buyer Sees
Usually nothing special: the product drops, the buyer picks it up. The sensor works in the background. And if something does go wrong, the buyer doesn’t have to rescue the candy bar on their own.
What Not to Do
- don’t shake the machine,
- don’t tap or kick it,
- don’t reach inside through the pickup flap,
- don’t open the machine.
The machine weighs up to 330 kg and has mechanisms inside where hands have no business.
Where to Report a Problem
The machine will carry a Polish label with +48 84 300 10 10 and hello@alnosvending.pl. Write or call: what happened, which product, where the machine stands and roughly when. Service belongs to Alnos Vending. Answers to common questions are in the FAQ and on the Contact page.
This Guide Isn’t a Repair Manual
Older blog posts described how to deal with machine problems yourself. We don’t do that anymore. The company hosting the machine doesn’t repair or open it. The machine itself is covered in the guide on the workplace snack machine.
Write to hello@alnosvending.pl, call +48 84 300 10 10, or fill in a Golden Ticket, the machine inquiry form (not a prize draw). One form, one conversation about your place.
A candy bar on the edge isn’t a puzzle to solve with a kick. It’s a call to the number on the label.
